Mr. Klutznick holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri.  At Columbia College, Mr. Klutznick studied under Irv Rodgers, a long time shopping center executive, who upon retirement began a dedicated course of study in the shopping center business at Columbia College.  Mr. Klutznick is a graduate from this highly specialized program that places its students directly in the shopping center industry.  Mr. Klutznick accepted his first position prior to graduation when David Contis hired him to participate in the renovation of Southland Mall on behalf of Sam Zell’s Equity Properties and Development Company.

Every day over the last twenty years Mr. Klutznick has taken responsibility for a retail project somewhere in the United States.  Having managed, leased and redeveloped more than a dozen assets ranging from traditional strip centers to super regional malls and even the world’s busiest airport, Mr. Klutznick has reached his ultimate goal of launching the Klutznick Real Estate Group, Inc. in his desire to utilize his wealth of experience and offer unsurpassed service and results.

Mr. Klutznick is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a licensed broker in the State of California.
